Detail: He lived 1654 to 1705 and studied calculus of variations, variable separation, lemniscate curve, differential equations, and inflection points. He invented Bernoulli's theorem and Bernoulli equation. If event can have two outcomes, each with probability, after many independent events, relative frequency approaches probability {weak law of large numbers, Bernoulli}. Perhaps, probabilities are inferable from frequencies.
