Detail: Music {Zydeco}| developed from Creole music and New Orleans style jazz [1910 to 1930]. Southwest-Louisiana syncopated fast-paced music {la-la} {zodico} uses accordions or melodeons, corrugated metal boards {frottoir} {rub-board}, drums, and electric guitars. Amédé Ardoin [1928], Beau Jocque, Boozoo Chavis, Clifton Chenier, Buckwheat Zydeco, and Rockin' Sidney are Zydeco musicians. Rockin' Sidney played My Toot Toot.
