It began with archeological discoveries of Greek antiquities and ruins at Pompeii and Herculaneum. Romanticism included Millet, Rousseau, Corot, and Daubigny. Romanticism included Barbizon School. Soufflot, Robert Adam, and Thomas Jefferson are Neoclassical.
